Role of Employees in Lean

Employee engagement is crucial in Lean. Success relies on their knowledge, ideas, and collaboration.
Employees are not just implementers but also creators of change—they participate in Kaizen workshops, propose improvements, and monitor process efficiency. 
Without their contribution, implementing Lean is impossible.
