Let's consider the example of an email application. Figure 2 presents a sketch of the Preview of an archived message window function.

The user stories corresponding to the menu are as follows:

1. As a user I want to view my previous message, so I can check if the message content is right.
2. As a user I want to view the recipients, so I can check if the message was sent to right people.
3. As a user I want to delete the archived message, so I can clear my archived directory.
4. As a user I want to view the adresses, so I can check if the adresses, that the messages were sent to, are correct.
5. As a user I want to resend the message, so I can send an edited message.
